Item was not completely loaded and exists as a placeholder until the item is loaded from its primary source. A placeholder is created if the item is identifiable but other essential properties cannot yet be loaded. This is especially the case when item A is loaded and referenced to item B. At the time when item A is loaded, item B does not yet exist. So that item B is created as a placeholder until item B can be fully loaded.
