Occupation Ban (Rubric)

An “occupation ban list” is a register of people who have been prohibited from performing a specific activity by an order from a state body.

For example, “Disqualified Clinical Investigators” is a register, published by the FDA, of people who are not eligible to support an application for a research or marketing permit for products regulated by FDA.
