PEP (Rubric)

A “PEP list” is a register of Persons who have been entrusted with a prominent public function. An individual on the PEP list generally presents a higher risk for potential involvement in bribery and corruption by virtue of their position and the influence that they may hold. Therefore, increased compliance requirements in business dealings with these persons apply.
