Arkady Romanowitsch Rotenberg

Arkadi Romanowitsch Rotenberg (russian Аркадий Романович Ротенберг, born 15 December 1951) is a Russian businessman and tycoon. With his brother Boris Rotenberg, he is probably co-owner of the Stroygazmontazh (SGM) group, the largest construction company for gas pipelines and electrical power supply lines in Russia. [1]
